  • How can I track my order ?
    After placing your order, you can check its status in your account page. We will also send you an email to confirm your order has been received and another email containing the tracking number once it is shipped.
  • What payment methods are available on Raritem ?
    We offer several payment methods such as : - Debit or credit card - PayPal - Twint - Apple Pay - Google Pay
  • What shipping methods do you offer ?
    We use the Swiss Post as our only delivery service. The rates are calculated at checkout depending on the total weight of your items. - Courrier A (small letter) = 1.20 CHF - Small Parcel (up to 2kg) = 8.50 CHF - Medium Parcel (up to 10 kg) = 11.50 CHF - Large Parcel (up to 30 kg) = 20.50 CHF
  • Where do you ship ?
    For now, we only ship to Switzerland.
  • Can I change or cancel my order ?
    You can change or cancel your order only if the order has not been shipped already. To change or cancel your order please contact us at : info@raritem.com.
  • Can I return a product and get a refund ?
    Due to the nature of the product we sell, we cannot offer returns or refunds. However, if you receive the wrong items, please do send us a picture and we will refund upon return at our cost.
