REFUND POLICY
Order and dispatch:
Cancellation of an order is only possible before the goods are dispatched. Once the goods have been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled. In this case, the provisions below apply.
Right of exchange/return:
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer the option to return items to us. However, if an item arrives damaged or does not correspond to your order, you may return the items concerned to us within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the items. Raritem will reimburse the cost of the return. Your return request must be sent to info@raritem.com. We undertake to reimburse you within 5 working days.
Items may only be returned if they are in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been damaged or opened.

In the event of a lost or misdirected order, Raritem will cover the costs incurred and reimburse the customer. In the event of late delivery, the customer should contact info@raritem.com.
